KUALA LUMPUR, 30 June 2022 – With international travel becoming accessible again, Watsons Malaysia in collaboration with Tourism Promotion Board Philippines in Malaysia and Malaysia Airlines launched Watsons Brand Spend & Win Contest in Manila, Philippines.
The campaign is a two-month-long promotion that aims to reward Watsons members with a package tour trip to the Philippines to explore the amazing tourist spots and local cuisine in Manila. The launch was officiated by Vice Consul Kara Denise C. Frayco, Embassay of the Republic of the Philippines together with Caryn Loh, Managing Director of Watsons Malaysia. Also present at the event was Dato’ Melissa Ong, Customer Director Tourism Promotions Board Philippines and Danny Hoh, Customer Director of Watsons Malaysia.
“After being on lockdown for two years, we are excited to collaborate with Tourism Promotion Board Philippines and Malaysia Airlines to reward our members with this amazing trip to the beautiful country of the Philippines. We are glad to have the Philippines as a destination as a start of our first-holiday giveaway to our members,” said Caryn Loh, Managing Director of Watsons Malaysia.
This campaign aims to reward 40 Watsons members with four days three nights (4D3N) tour package trip to Manila when they spend a minimum of RM50 at Watsons stores and online from 30th June until 3rd August 2022. This contest is open to all Watsons’ members nationwide.

Watsons Malaysia has partnered with Tourism Promotions Board Philippines for the second time to reward Watsons’ members together with an all-expense-paid tour package to the Philippines. In 2018, 40 lucky pairs were flown to explore the islands of Bohol, Cebu and Oslob for 4 days where they immersed themselves in the island’s interesting sights, foods, diving spots, historic landmarks & more.
Watsons members can look forward to a rewarding voyage to the Philippines with many points of interest organised by Tourism Promotions Board Philippines to support its booming tourism sector that is rapidly recovering from a global pandemic.
