KUALA LUMPUR, 11 AUGUST 2022 – Not once, not twice, but thrice! MR D.I.Y. Group (M) Berhad or (MR D.I.Y.) has done it again. Malaysia’s largest home improvement retailer has been named Frost & Sullivan’s 2022 Company of the Year in the Malaysia Home Improvement Retail Industry. In 2020, MR D.I.Y. was awarded the Market Leadership Award, and in 2021, for the very first time, the Company of the Year Award.
A research & consulting firm, Frost & Sullivan takes a meticulous and stringent approach when selecting the nominees in each award category, making a detailed evaluation across two key dimensions – visionary innovation & performance, and customer impact. The firm’s Company of the Year Award is its top honor that recognizes visionary innovation, market-leading performance, and unmatched customer care through its Best Practices Award analysis.
