SINGAPORE, 21 February 2023 – Get ready for an epic nautical adventure as IT’S THE SHIP, Asia’s Largest Festival at Sea, sets sail this March 8-10th after a three-year hiatus!
This year’s captain is everyone’s favourite Indian auntie, Sima Taparia from Netflix’s hit show “Indian Matchmaking.” Sima Auntie will be joining the ranks of previous captains, David Hasselhoff and Tyson Beckson. With her appointment, she will be bringing her matchmaking expertise to the high seas with Love Tips, Speed Dating and a whole lot more.
2023’s epic artist lineup is jam-packed with non-stop entertainment, featuring heavy hitters Laidback Luke, Vini Vici, Kid-Ink and Hardstyle heavyweight, Ran-D, joining a deep, inclusive multi-genre line-up. Singapore’s very own Yung Raja as well as Inquisitive, Myrne, Revelry label with LeNerd, krave, Joshua Dillon will be representing the Little Red Dot.
Music is just one aspect of IT’S THE SHIP so expect a 360 experience unlike any other! Enjoy an array of themed and pop-up parties, including the iconic Foam Party, Sleepless Society, and exciting new additions such as Nauti-neon, Disco Diaries, Shagrilla and Rave Cave. Shipmates can also expect wellness activities such as HIIT, Yoga and Sound healing as well as performances from comedians, drag queens and more secrets in store at every turn across The Genting Dream.
