First launched in 2012, AIRism continues to evolve, and this year has once more been updated with new functions and designs. This latest collection features a new material with improved anti-odour functionality to reduce the discomfort caused by sweat, and a new silk blend tank top with a beautiful luster. More than just innerwear, the wide-ranging lineup includes clothing and other items, such as tops, bottoms and accessories. Throughout the year, AIRism continues to deliver the ultimate comfort for skin subjected to everyday discomforts.
New material perfect for midsummer, and an elegant silk blend wearable as a top
The material used in the MENS AIRism Mesh Series, a popular midsummer item, has been updated with enhanced anti-odour functionality and is offered as AIRism Deodorant Mesh. An improved knitting structure of the material dries sweat quickly and provides exceptional breathability to reduce perspiration odour. Thin and light, this material also has a better deodorizing capacity for ammonia, the main component of sweat, for lasting deodorizing function after washing. New in the WOMENS line is the AIRism Rib Tank Top (Silk Blend), AIRism blended with silk (6% silk composition) to create an alluring supple texture. The ribbed material, along with a clean design with a square neck and thin straps, makes this tank top extremely versatile, including for layering.
Greater comfort for WOMENS items from new materials and elimination of tags
The mainstay AIRism camisole was updated last spring with bonded sections around the bust and armholes to make these areas seamless, and this spring has been made even more comfortable with care instructions printed directly onto the fabric to eliminate the tag. The AIRism Bra Camisole and Tank Top have been updated with a material that provides a softer feel, while the fit has also been revised based on customer feedback to make the body bigger overall. The line of AIRism Absorbent Sanitary Shorts includes a new “Light” type, for two types to meet customer needs.
Standard MENS items feature a revised fit and use of recycled polyester material
AIRism Ultra Seamless Boxer Briefs have been revised based on customer feedback, with a wider body that provides a better balance front to back and a more stable fit, making them easier to wear. Graphical pattern designs are also newly launched as part of the Spring/Summer 2023 collection. The mainstay AIRism T-shirt (innerwear) features an updated material that maintains the same soft, comfortable feel of AIRism while using recycled polyester. The specifications of the AIRism Cotton Crew Neck T-shirt have been modified to better retain the shape and prevent the collar from fraying after washing.
