Reviving the world of Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue, available from July 27th
July 15, 2026, Kuala Lumpur – Global apparel retailer UNIQLO today announces a new second Pokémon UT (UNIQLO T-shirt) collection commemorating Pokémon’s 30th year celebration, available from Monday, July 27. This special collection features designs inspired by the original Pokémon games, expressed in monochrome pixel graphics. This UT collection can be enjoyed by Trainers of all generations.
Graphics capturing the origins of the Pokémon series
Inspired by Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue, the video games that originated the series, the designs feature elements that bring memories of those adventures, including a nostalgic opening screen, fan-favourite Pokémon such as Pikachu, the Legendary Pokémon Mew and Mewtwo, as well as the Pokémon of the eight Gym Leaders that players encountered during their journey. The Pokémon are drawn in pixel art, with four designs each for adults and kids.

A special Pokémon UT website launching Wednesday, July 8, features the pixel art T-shirt designs along with music from Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue, tied to the theme of each design so visitors can enjoy the melodies while reminiscing about each scene.
