A MANDARIN ORIENTAL FESTIVE RAYA FEAST AT MALAYSIA AIRLINES’ GOLDEN LOUNGES

Kuala Lumpur, 20 March 2025 – Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is proud to announce an exclusive partnership with Malaysia Airlines to bring a specially curated Raya dining experience at KLIA Terminal 1’s Platinum Lounge, Satellite Golden Lounge, Regional Golden Lounge, and Domestic Golden Lounge. From 27 March to 2 April 2025, travellers awaiting departure will be treated to an array of exquisite dishes crafted from recipes provided by the hotel’s renowned chefs.

This collaboration is a celebration of the shared commitment between Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia Airlines to deliver exceptional hospitality and elevate the travel experience. With a focus on authenticity and quality, the Raya menu will showcase traditional favourites, infused with premium ingredients and meticulous preparation.

At the Satellite Golden Lounge, Regional Golden Lounge, and Domestic Golden Lounge, guests can indulge in a lavish buffet spread featuring signature dishes inspired by Raya traditions. Some of these specialty dishes include Nasi Bukhari, Rendang Ayam Daun Kunyit, Lontong Sayur Lodeh Serunding Ayam and more.

Meanwhile, at the Platinum Lounge, First and Business Class passengers will enjoy a refined four-course set menu, offering a curated selection of the hotel’s best recipes in an intimate dining experience. Some menu items include Kerabu Pomelo, Soto Ayam Johor, Rendang Rak Kambing, and Bubur Pulit Hitam Ais Krim Vanilla, to name a few.

This initiative not only enhances the culinary offerings for Malaysia Airlines’ premium guests but also embodies the spirit of Ramadan and Raya, creating memorable experiences for travellers during this festive period.
