NOTHING LAUNCHES CLUB NOTHING (R): A GLOBAL SERIES OF NIGHTLIFE EVENTS AND INDEPENDENT MUSIC FUND
The new series combines immersive nightlife experiences with a $40,000 community fund celebrating sound, creativity, self-expression and connection.
JULY 2, 2026 (Kuala Lumpur, MY) — Nothing, the London-based consumer technology company, today announces Club Nothing, a global series of dance music events hosted in unexpected locations around the world, alongside the launch of the Club Nothing Fund, a new initiative awarding four international creatives USD $10,000 each to bring their biggest club nights, event series or festivals to life.
Club Nothing begins in New York City on July 9. Timed with the launch of Ear (3a), the event will transform an unexpected Brooklyn location into a one-night-only club experience, bringing together creatives, tastemakers and members of the Nothing community for an evening of music, connection and discovery. The series then lands in Tokyo on July 30, continuing its global journey to spotlight emerging talent, new sounds and the communities shaping nightlife today.
Since welcoming CBO Charlie Smith from luxury fashion house LOEWE and Global Head of Communications / multi-hyphenate artist Shavone Charles (ex TikTok, Instagram), Nothing has sharpened its focus on music entertainment as key pillars of the brand. Nothing recently announced Charli xcx as its first Global Brand Ambassador. As a shareholder, Charli xcx joins investors including The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia in supporting Nothing’s mission to become the most loved tech brand for the next generation of creatives.
“Community has always been the heart of Nothing” said Erica Travis, Senior Community Manager at Nothing. “Club Nothing is about creating spaces where people can come together around a shared love for music, while giving emerging creatives the platform and support they need to bring their ambitions to life. Through the Club Nothing Fund, we’re investing in the people and communities that continue to inspire us.”
“Music has become an increasingly important part of Nothing’s story, and Club Nothing is a natural extension of that journey” said Shavone Charles, Multi-hyphenate artist and Global Head of Communications at Nothing. “From the artists we collaborate with, to the diverse creatives we’re bringing together through this initiative, we’re committed to supporting the communities shaping what’s next. As a judge for the fund, I’m excited to see the creativity and ambition coming from next-gen creatives across the Globe.”
Rooted in the belief that brands should actively support the artists, organisers and communities that inspire them, the Club Nothing Fund will award four emerging creatives $10,000 each to bring their events to life. More than a funding initiative, the Fund reflects Nothing’s ongoing commitment to supporting new ideas, new sounds and the people creating meaningful experiences in music today.
Applications open July 1, 2026 via nothing.tech/club-nothing and close on August 9, 2026, with winners announced later that month. Selected winners will receive $10,000 in funding to bring their events or series to life, alongside visibility through the broader Club Nothing platform and Nothing’s global community.
