March 5, 2026, Kuala Lumpur – Global apparel retailer UNIQLO today announces the launch of the Uniqlo U 2026 Spring/Summer collection, starting March 20th. Uniqlo U is created by Co-Artistic Directors Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran, along with their team in Paris. The 2026 Spring/Summer collection explores the idea of neo-core, the reiterating on essential items, presenting a wardrobe that shifts and adapts to changing lifestyles and the wearer. The summery color palette centered on tinted white and washed blue injects a lightweight rhythm.
Sophisticated style that shines with lightness
Faintly sheer materials that nestle against the skin make items comfortable to wear. The men’s Boxy Shirt is made of 100% cotton material for a breezy feel and has a relaxed fit. The women’s sheer parka with a soft silhouette combines water repellent functionality and UV protection. Easy Gathered Pants feature a beautiful airy drape.
All-season, modern outerwear
The lineup includes a Cotton Blend Short Blouson that combines a compact fit around the body with loose sleeves, and a Short Blouson that takes advantage of smooth fabric. Both styles of outerwear can be used throughout the season irrespective of gender. Lightweight jackets that can be paired with bottoms for a matching set are available for both men and women.
New ideas for essential bottoms
Rethinking the balance between silhouette and material, standard bottoms have been updated in a modern style. Wide Cargo Pants have a gentle curved line and a wide silhouette to enhance the structured look. Jeans in vintage-like colors can be paired with a tape belt with metal eyelets for a distinctively Uniqlo U-style look.
