Selangor, 13 March, 2024 – In anticipation of Hari Raya festivities, MYDIN, the national largest Halal wholesaler and retailer chain, announces their collaboration with SPayLater as their official Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) partner throughout their Hari Raya campaign.
Launching its “Happening Raya” campaign, taking place from 7th March 2024, MYDIN has partnered with SPayLater to offer customers flexible payment options and discounts for their Ramadan and Hari Raya preparations.
In a shared initiative to raise e-wallet and digital payment adoption among MYDIN customers nationwide. Through this collaboration, SPayLater also provides MYDIN customers different payment methods, offering users the option to manage their individual cash flow needs when purchasing necessities and Hari Raya essentials.
These payment methods include SPayLater’s all-new “Pay Next Month, 0 Fees” payment option, where users can choose to complete their payment the following month with 0 fees or additional charges incurred. Planned instalment options are also available for in store purchases, offering a choice of 3,6, or 12 month repayment periods with a 1.5% processing fee.
Throughout the campaign period, customers that shop at physical MYDIN stores are also eligible for an RM5 discount when they make a minimum purchase of RM50 using SPayLater.*

To participate in this campaign, customers with an active SPayLater account only need to complete their purchase at physical MYDIN stores using an SPayLater payment method. Accessible from the Shopee app, users can activate their SPayLater under the “Me” tab. Once activated users can simply scan merchant QR codes and select the SPayLater payment method at checkout.
MYDIN and SPayLater want users to make the most of their festive season and encourage shoppers to spend wisely and adopt responsible spending habits, including planning out purchases, expenditure tracking and monitoring upcoming payments in order to make the most of their Hari Raya celebrations.
