Accor Announces Signing of Mercure Nha Trang

SINGAPOREAccor, a global leader in hospitality, is strengthening its footprint in Vietnam with the signing of Mercure Nha Trang. This latest hotel signing, the Group’s ninth in the country this year, will bring the Mercure brand to the coastal city of Nha Trang, further expanding Accor’s offerings in Vietnam. The beachfront hotel is scheduled to open in late 2025.

Situated on Tran Phu Street, the 124 warm and welcoming guestrooms at Mercure Nha Trang will all offer ocean views. Whether guests are visiting for a business trip, a beach getaway, or combining the two for a bleisure experience, the hotel will provide essential amenities to meet their needs, including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar lounge, a fitness centre, a spa, and versatile meeting spaces.

Mercure hotels are a portal to the destination, a warm invitation to discover the locale. The brand takes pride in delivering high-quality standards infused with a deep sense of the locality. From the moment guests arrive, Mercure ensures that they are instantly immersed in a locally inspired atmosphere. Every detail, from the decorative arts to local food and beverage delights, is curated to reflect the unique essence of each destination.

Garth Simmons, Chief Operating Officer of Accor’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy Division in Asia, commented, “Vietnam is a fast-growing market with significant potential for continued expansion. Nha Trang, as an emerging destination with vibrant tourism appeal, presents a prime opportunity to introduce the Mercure brand to a broader audience. The demand for high-quality hospitality that also connects guests to the local culture continues to rise, and Mercure is well-positioned to meet these evolving expectations. The signing of Mercure Nha Trang underscores our strategic focus on expanding our presence in Vietnam, where we see continued demand for locally inspired, world-class hospitality.”
