Diligently made by the culinary artisans at Summer Palace, this year’s collection celebrates the artistry of traditional mooncake-making while introducing contemporary flavours that delight the modern palate. Each elegant gift box features four premium mooncakes, anchored by two beloved classics — the rich, velvety White Lotus with Single Yolk, renowned for its silky lotus seed paste and savoury salted egg yolk, alongside the wholesome Mixed Nut, generously filled with a fragrant medley of premium nuts for a satisfyingly textured bite.
Guests can further personalise their collection by selecting two additional flavours from a carefully curated range.
