Racines at Sofitel Singapore City Centre is marking La Fête de la Musique with Melodies of the Straits, a themed Saturday brunch buffet that brings together Straits cuisine and live local music.
The brunch will take place on Saturday, 18 July 2026, from 12.30pm to 3pm at Racines on Level 5 of Sofitel Singapore City Centre. The hotel describes the afternoon as a celebration of Singapore’s culinary past, served alongside nostalgic melodies and timeless local hits.

Guests can expect a buffet spread built around Straits flavours, beginning with freshly shucked oysters and chilled seafood on ice before moving on to roasted suckling pig, wok-fried salted egg king prawns, assam curry fish, Singapore laksa, Hainanese chicken rice and Kam Hiong white clams.
Dessert options include chilled cheng tng, teh tarik and warm black glutinous rice with coconut cream. During the meal, a two-piece live band featuring local musician Aggy Low will perform at the restaurant, adding a musical backdrop to the weekend brunch service.
The Melodies of the Straits Saturday Brunch Buffet is priced at S$138++ per adult and S$64++ per child. ALL Accor+ Explorer members enjoy 50% savings, while DBS, OCBC, Citi, JCB and Maybank card members enjoy 40% savings.
