PUMA is taking PROJECT3 to the 2026 Berlin and Chicago Marathons for the first time, extending its sub-elite running programme to two of the world’s major marathon stages.

The announcement shared with Malaysian media said PROJECT3 will give aspiring marathoners from around the world, including Malaysia, the opportunity to compete for performance-based rewards. Eligible participants can earn US$3,000 for achieving a significant personal best.

According to the official PROJECT3 site, the programme is designed to give runners the chance to experience life as a professional athlete, trial PUMA race-day products, receive training and nutrition programming from experts, and stay fuelled through Maurten, described by the programme as the fuel behind some of the fastest marathon times in history.
