AMD has expanded FSR Upscaling 4.1 support to Radeon RX 7000 Series graphics cards through AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.6.2, extending the feature beyond its earlier RDNA 4 hardware exclusivity.
According to the media note shared this week, the AI-powered upscaling rollout brings sharper image quality, improved temporal stability and elevated performance across more than 300 titles. AMD also said it is working on new lightweight machine learning models intended to bring FSR 4.1 to more RDNA 3 APU players, with further details to come.
On AMD’s live 26.6.2 release-notes page, the update is listed under new features as “AMD FSR Upscaling 4.1 support for AMD Radeon RX 7000 Series Graphics cards.” The page is marked last updated on June 22, 2026.
The same release-notes page also confirms day-one game support for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced and DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations, alongside a set of stability fixes and known-issue disclosures for Radeon users.
AMD further notes that users downgrading to an earlier software version are recommended to use the AMD Cleanup Utility. Readers looking for the full driver notes or download path can refer directly to AMD’s official page here: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.6.2 Driver Release Notes.
