KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA (April 2026) – Schools across the region have a final opportunity to join Asia’s biggest LEGO® school competition, as LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort announces an extension of the LEGOLAND School Challenge 2026 registration deadline to 10 May 2026.
Now in its fifth edition, the Challenge brings together students aged 7 to 17 across the region to showcase creativity, collaboration, and innovation through hands-on STEAM learning.
This year’s theme, “Ultimate Theme Park Ride”, invites teams of three to four students to design and build their most imaginative ride concept—complete with storytelling, creative elements, and functional features such as moving components.
Participants will compete across three categories:

Junior (7–9 years)

Primary (10–12 years)

Secondary (13–17 years)
Top teams will stand a chance to win exclusive prizes, including trips to LEGOLAND destinations, a place at the Grand Finale in Malaysia, and the opportunity to have their builds showcased to park guests.
